What do we stand for?
Our organisation is all about IMPACD.
IMPACD means inclusive movement, participatory arts and community dance.
We offer free classes in dance, drumming, mosaic art and photography.
We aim to make our activities accessible to all.
We think that people of all ages, abilities and countries should be able to participate.
We welcome people with mental health issues, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, CP, learning disabilities, and people from the LGBTQ+ community.
How accessible is IMPACD?
Accessibility is at the heart of all that we do.
This includes our website and shared spaces.
We also offer accessible booking and transport too.
This means that everyone can join us.
We aim to get better.
That is why we always want your opinion.

What is Freedom to Explore?
Freedom to Explore is an exciting project.
It is open to all.
It aims to make positive change in Nottingham’s poorest areas.
