We are a not-for-profit organisation registered with Companies House under Company No. 11191194 and regulated by the Community Interest Companies Regulator.

At IMPACD CIC, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our participants by providing secure and healthy conditions to prevent work and activity-related injuries, both physical and mental. We strive to create an inclusive environment and encourage attendance from individuals of diverse ethnic, religious, and social backgrounds, as well as those with varying characteristics, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. We aim to eliminate all forms of discrimination through implementing our Policies, Ethos, and Codes of Conduct, supported by appropriate group work and training.

Safeguarding is of utmost importance to us. We promote a safeguarding culture where all participants, staff, and service users feel supported and comfortable in sharing any concerns they may have, whether it pertains to themselves or others. We take these concerns seriously and act upon them promptly and appropriately.

We are fully aware of the definition of bullying provided by ACAS, which includes offensive, intimidating, malicious, insulting, and abusive behaviours that undermine, humiliate, denigrate, or harm the recipient. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying and harassment. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, we carefully consider and address any concerns raised during our activities, especially when it involves vulnerable individuals.
